Tips for Fresher to get a job

Nowadays, getting a job has become more competitive. Everyone is looking for an opportunity. There are classifications of jobs. Such as entry level, mid level, mid senior level, senior level. I'll talk about an entry-level job. In other words, a job for fresher.

Entry Level Job

There are two types of entry-level jobs. Such as 1. General Level & 2. Management Level.

1. General Level: The procedure for getting an entry-level job is facing a written and a viva exam. In many organizations, there is a walk-in interview without a written exam. However, in a written exam, there are both MCQ and narrative parts. One's knowledge, earned in his/her education career, is good enough for a written exam. One can study English, math, and general knowledge on current affairs for general preparation.

The most important part of a recruitment process is the viva exam. In the case of Viva, a board member will ask questions from academic education. Those who have previous job experience will be asked questions about their activity in the last organization. Besides, the examinee will try to understand your soft skills like competency, presentation, attitude, dress code, etc.

Tips: There are some tips that will help you be prepared.
* Get well dressed.
* Be confident about your answer, whether it's right or wrong.
* Try to feel free so that you'll not be nervous.
* Practice in front of a mirror before going to face a Viva.
* Don't try to show over smartness. Example: Don't try to talk in English if you are not expert enough.

2. Management Level: It's quite different because there are several steps. One has to face a written exam, an initial viva, and a final viva. In some cases, one has to face day-long assessments also. So, what will be the written exam? Questions for a written exam may come from anywhere. It could be Bengali, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Information Technology, Computer, etc.

The viva part is the same as stated earlier.

Entry-level jobs are more competitive because the number of participants is high. There are many more waiting for this job. Employers will try their best to get their best employee. So one has to prove oneself that suitable one.

Tense Part-01

Tense When we were at school, we had to memorize the definition of Tense along with it's classification. We had to answer narrative questions on tense. In communicative method, there is no need of memorizing the definition or it's classification. So many books were written for this grammar section. I'm not going to present it like a conventional method. I'll do it on my own way to make it more apparent. Everything, we did/were doing/had done/had been doing/do/are doing/have done/have been doing/will do/will be doing/will have done/will have been doing , is a Tense.
